This weekend I took off and went out into the Everglades for the Skunk Ape Festival. It’s concert to raise awareness of the existence of the long fabled Skunk Ape. There has been quite a few sightings in Ochopee, FL recently, and locals swear he’s out there. The skunk ape was seen years ago by the local fire chief, and he’s dedicated years of his life to tracking down the animal. We at Traveling Forever are investigating further into the story, and will release a full length article by the end of the week.
