If you’re like me, and most of my (younger!) generation, you’ve got mixed attitudes towards money. On the one hand, you’d love to have boatloads of the stuff, but on the other, people who have a lot of money tend to be corrupt. Look at the Enron guys, the Tyco guys, the Bechtel guys, the list goes on and on. Making money seems like a good idea, but there’s so many things wrong in the world that have to do with money.
Well, you’re not alone in your beliefs, but they’re all wrong!

You see, the people who take advantage get ahead short term, but long term always lose. People who take the high path always win. And you can take the high path with earning a living.

Steve Pavlina says it as clearly as possible:

“Your income depends on the social value of your work… If you want to generate income from creative work, then your work must have social value. “

Sound better than what you’ve been taught? That’s because it is. Sound too simple? The simplest solution is always the best. So do yourself a favor, and learn what money really means.
