It's fine to use HTML4 inside of HTML5, such as divs inside a header, but you don't need to do a header tag with the title in it. It's just extra code that isn't needed.<br><br>You should (or rather, structurally speaking, need to) have your doctype line, then the html tag, the head tag & what comes between those two tags including title, links to stylesheets, meta tags, etc. Closing in between the HEAD tag with php wp_head(); and the ending head tag.<br><br>Then your body tag, and the rest of it all.
